Once in a while, I’ll have clients who do find the house for them right away. Other times, despite all the Milford CT Homes for sale, a deal would fall through because the seller wouldn’t accept an offer, there are too many renovations to be made for the price, or many other reasons.
It’s frustrating but that’s a risk you’ll have to take, and you have to understand that in the process of searching for a home that this might happen. As I’ve said before, it pays to be a patient buyer.
Even though it’s a buyer’s market right now, you never know what may happen. The buying process is not always as predictable as we hope it to be.
